Central Columbia FFA Competes at Area Career Development Event

On Friday, April 7, 2017 twenty FFA members traveled to Benton High School to compete in the area forestry, wildlife and aquatics career development events.  In these academic competitions students were asked to prepare their knowledge on many aspects of wildlife, forestry and aquatics such as game laws, management techniques, proper identification and general knowledge.  Overall placement of Central Columbia teams were first place in forestry, first place in wildlife and second place in aquatics.  Students will now move onto the regional Envirothon on April 25, 2017 at Shikellamy State Park.
