Central Columbia Agriculture Students Attend Soil Conference

On Thursday, March 9, 2017; several members of the Central Columbia Agricultural Program attended the 2017 Regional Soil Health Conference in Danville.  Information presented pertained to the soil section of our Environmental Science course.  Information presented dealt with cover crops, green crops, rotational grazing, fencing opportunities and animal health.  Students obtained the opportunity to network with various agricultural vendors from finance to production as well as listen to current producers and how they handle their operations.
