What do they mean?
Username
	Your username is your first initial and up to seven letters of your last name (eight characters total). You may also enter your full name as entered by the system administrator

Having Problems?
	• Make sure you are typing your username exactly as the system administrator entered it. Remember usernames can only have up to eight characters total.
	• Make sure you are entering your password exactly as you did originally. Check for case sensitivity. Example: CaT must be entered CaT, not cat, CAT, etc. Check to be sure your caps locks key is not on.
	• If none of the above solutions work, please report the problem using the Help Desk.
