INTRODUCTION
As part of Central Columbia
School District’s continuing effort to make technology easier to use
and access, the Technology Department is launching HelpExpress Online.
HelpExpress online combines all the technology help resources you need
into one simple interface. HelpExpress will always be growing and
expanding. We’ll constantly be adding new resources and tools for our
users. If, at any time, you have any comments or suggestions about
HelpExpress Online, please feel free to email
webmaster@ccsd.cc.
PART ONE
Launching HelpExpress Online
Click on the HELP button in the upper
right-hand corner on any Central Columbia School District webpage.
Additionally, you can select the HELPEXPRESS button on the left side of
each CCSD web page.

PART TWO
HelpDesk - updated and a new
look...
The HelpDesk is used to submit technology related requests and issues.
Essentially the web based HelpDesk functions the same way it has in the
past. The HelpDesk allows us to track, respond and provide feedback to
users regarding technology fixes/solutions. HelpDesk requests are
prioritized by your building principal working with the technology
director.
