COMPLETE

Technical Development

  • Includes and adequately develops all components

  • Uses proper research form

Knowledge Development

  • Demonstrates significant knowledge of career area

  • Uses accurate terminology

  • Contains thoughtful reflection about individual abilities

  • Is Grammatically correct

Oral Content

  • Describes the development of the career ideas from eighth grade through eleventh grade

  • Describes what the student has done, is doing, and will do to meet their career goals

Effective Speaking

  • Speaks in a clear voice

  • Maintains eye contact with panel

  • Is able to answer questions thoughtfully

INCOMPLETE

Technical Development

  • Does not include nor adequately develop all components

  • Uses improper or no research form

Knowledge Development

  • Shows little rational thought in the development of the plan

  • Develops component content in a haphazard manner

  • Contains many grammatical errors

Oral Content

  • Does not describe the development of career goals

  • Does not justify career objectives, skills, etc.

Effective Speaking

  • Student cannot be heard or understood
    Student unable to answer questions
