Student Council will be holding it's second annual Stall Day on December 16th. The process is simple: students are encouraged to bring to school spare change they are willing to donate to charity. students present all of their spare change to teachers at the beginning of class. Teachers must count all of the spare change, arriving at a class total, BEFORE any lesson can begin. Thus, class is "stalled" while teachers are counting change.
