District Owned Dwelling and Property

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received from qualified bidders at the Central Columbia School District Office, Attention: Mr. Mike Sokoloski, Business Administrator, 4777 Old Berwick Road, Bloomsburg, PA 17815, until 5:00 P.M. local time, on May 3, 2010, at which time bids will be opened and read aloud.  Specifications for Bids may be obtained at the District Office located at 4777 Old Berwick Road, Bloomsburg, PA. 17815.

The Central Columbia School District will offer for sale a Dwelling with out buildings and property located at 4669 Old Berwick Road, Bloomsburg, PA 17815. The dwelling and property will be sold “AS IS”. Prior use was District Offices and rental property. The property may be viewed at an open house to be held on Wednesday April 21, 2010 from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., April 24, 2010 from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00P.M., and Wednesday, April 28, 2010 from 2:00P.M. to 5:00P.M.

Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and marked on the outside in the lower left corner "District House Bid”.
