NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received from qualified bidders at the Central Columbia School District Office, Attention: Mr. Mike Sokoloski, Business Administrator, 4777 Old Berwick Road, Bloomsburg, PA 17815, until 1:00 P.M. local time, on June 15, 2010, at which time bids will be opened and read aloud.

The Central Columbia School District will offer for sale a Dwelling with out buildings and property located at 4669 Old Berwick Road, Bloomsburg, PA 17815. The dwelling and property will be sold as is. Prior use was District Offices and rental property. The property may be viewed by appointment, contact Ralph P. DeFrain at 570-784-2850 x 4011.

Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and marked on the outside in the lower left corner "District House Bid”.
