iPad insurance envelopes will be given to all students grades 4 to 12, on the first day of school. Students are expected to deliver the iPad insurance envelope to their parent/guardian for the decision to OPT in or OPT out.

Insurance costs are based on your family's free and reduced meal status.

• Regular Lunch, $25.00 per student, Reduced Lunch, $15.00 per student, Free Lunch, $5.00 per student
• iPad insurance envelopes need to be returned on or before September 13th. 
• We offer a grace period until September 30th, for returning students. iPad insurance can not be purchased after September 30th.
