How Do I Start using a KiSSFLOW Digital Document Workflow? < go back >
After you log in you will land on the KiSSFLOW home page. From the home page, you can launch all our digital documents and their workflows.
Click on the big red button at the bottom of the screen. All the District's digital documents you have access to will appear. You can scroll through them or use the search bar, and then click initiate.
Fill out the document with all requested information. Every document comes with an attachment field and a comment field.
At the end of the document, there will be three options.
- Delete means you want to cancel this item. Nothing will be saved or sent.
- Save means you want to come back to it later. Completed information will be saved, but not sent. You can also click the arrow after Save and an option will come up to Save as template. This is helpful for longer forms where most of the data is the same every time you enter it. You can access this template in the drafts section.
- Submit means you want to start the item and send it off.
