Educational Trip Request

NOTICE: EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY
The principal or delegated approving authority reserves the right to deny any trip request based on the student’s academic standing, attendance record, and/or disciplinary status during the current school year, or for insufficient justification. Absences resulting from unapproved trips will be classified as unlawful/unexcused.

This form should be submitted two (2) weeks prior to the date of departure. It is understood by each student and parent that classwork missed during the period of absence will be made up. Requests should be sent to the Building Principal, who will be responsible for making the decision.
