Mr. Freeman graduated from Bloomsburg University in 2016 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.  He received his Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership: PK-12 School Counseling from Bloomsburg University in 2017.  Mr. Freeman previously worked for the Bloomsburg Area School District for half a year as a school counselor.  Mr. Freeman became a school counselor at Central Columbia Middle School in 2018.

Mrs. Fairchild graduated with a dual bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and Anthropology from Bloomsburg University. She then received her Masters in Elementary and Secondary school counseling from Bloomsburg University. Alycia was the secondary school counselor at Millville for 6 years. She joined Central Columbia Counseling staff in 2015-2016 school year.

Ms. Flick is a former Central Columbia graduate and a 2008 graduate of Bloomsburg University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work.  She continued her education at Marywood University, earning her Master’s degree in Social Work in 2010. Ms. Flick is currently employed by CMSU as a Prevention Specialist and has been contracted at Central Columbia School District since 2011.  Ms. Flick provides prevention services to Central Columbia students in grades K-12, and helps to link families to resources within the community.  Ms. Flick also serves on the SAP team in the Elementary, Middle, and High Schools.

Mr. Tloczynski graduated from Bloomsburg University in 2015 with a dual Bachelors Degree in psychology and History. He received his Masters of Education Degree in Clinical Mental Health and Rehabilitation Counseling Psychology from Penn State University in 2019, and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania. Mr. Tloczynski previously worked for Penn State University's Psychological Clinic and CEDAR Clinic as a Staff Therapist, and for Penn State's NCAA Morgan Academic Center as an Academic and Social-Emotional Mentor for student athletes. Most recently, Mr. Tloczynski worked as a Pediatric Psychology Specialist for Geisinger Medical Center's Primary Care Behavioral Health department at Woodbine Health Complex. He became Central Columbia's district-wide Mental Health Counselor during the 2022-2023 school year.
