ENVIRONMENT DAY

Five members of the Central Columbia Environmental Science course traveled to Montour Preserve in Montour County to compete in the 2026 North Branch Area Environmental Science Day. Students competed in areas of forestry, aquatics, soil, and wildlife along with the current issue of non-point water pollution. Members are preparing for the 2026 Regional Envirothon in April. This team finished first in Soils, fourth in Forestry, fifth in aquatics, and fourth in Wildlife. Congrats to this team for competing very well and representing Central Columbia at the 2026 North Branch Area event. This team will represent Central Columbia at the 2026 Regional Envirothon in April.
